Your website is not a hostage.
And yet, in most cases, it is. Not out of malice: because the business model of many agencies works better if you cannot leave.
Four questionsA turnkey website. Support included in the fee. The promise of page one.
Before you sign, ask yourself four things.
If you change agency tomorrow, what do you keep?
The domain, the code, the credentials, the years of ranking. Go and check now: are they in your name, or the supplier's? The day you want to leave, that difference is everything.
How much will you have paid in five years?
Multiply the monthly fee by sixty. It is often three times what the site would have cost. And if you stop paying, the site disappears: it was never yours, it was rented.
Whoever promised you page one, what did they show you afterwards?
Nobody can guarantee Google. But anyone can show you the numbers — traffic, enquiries, rankings — if there are any. When did you last see a report?
Last time you asked an awkward question, did they answer?
"Do we really need this?" "Could it be simpler?" "Can my current site be saved?" Anyone who profits from selling you more never answers these questions.
If you hesitated on even one answer, the problem is already there.
We chose to work the other way round.
The site is yours. Full stop.
Domain registered to your company. Code handed over. Credentials for hosting, database and panels in your hands, from day one. If tomorrow you want to change supplier, take everything and go — without asking our permission, without losing anything.
No compulsory fees.
You can leave maintenance to us, or not. If you want it, we tell you what it covers and what it costs. If you do not, we train you so you can run the site yourself. Either way, the site keeps working.
We do not promise rankings. We show numbers.
Nobody can guarantee page one on Google, and whoever does is counting on you not knowing. We guarantee the work — structure, speed, content, structured data — and we show you the numbers every month: traffic, enquiries, rankings. If they do not go up, you see it too.
We tell you the truth, even when silence would pay better.
If your current site can be salvaged, we say so — even though rebuilding it would pay us better. If what you want to do makes no sense, we say so. If the budget is not enough to do things properly, we say so before, not after.
The client always pays the bill.
A site built to hold on to you costs little at first and a lot later. A site built to serve you costs what it costs, and then it works.
We are not better than the others because we say so. We are better at trusting you: if we hand you everything — domain, code, credentials, training — and you stay anyway, then the work must be good.
Our clients stay because they want to, not because they have to.
Want a site that is really yours?
Write two lines about what you do and what you need. We get back to you within 24 hours and set up a twenty-minute call: together we work out what you actually need. The quote comes after, and it comes in writing.
- Twenty minutes on the phone, not an hour of sales pitch
- We work from your needs, not from a ready-made package
- If we are not the right fit for you, we say so
