Before

Sales tied to the brewery counter, with pub and restaurant orders collected by phone or WhatsApp, transcription errors and the risk of selling stock that was already gone.

01 — The project

The storefront and B2C.

A craft beer that bottles the identity of the Dolomites: at its heart the secret ingredient, the water of the Cadore, with images that evoke the mountains, freshness and authenticity.

The design is clean and modern yet firmly rooted, and every beer has a technical but accessible sheet: style, alcohol content, serving temperature and food pairings, details that matter both to enthusiasts and to restaurateurs. The emphasis on the choice of raw materials and the supply chain places the product in a premium tier compared with industrial beers. On this emotional storefront we grafted a B2C e-commerce that sells directly to the private customer at full margin, handling special formats, merchandise and tasting boxes, perfect for Christmas or corporate gifts.

02 — The solution

The B2B portal.

Restaurants, bars and distributors have a reserved area: they log in, see the kegs and bottles available at that moment, view their dedicated discount and order in two clicks at any hour, even after closing time.

Seven B2B roles — venues, retail, resellers and agents — each with their own price list, order history and invoices to download on their own, without the brewery having to take the order by phone or WhatsApp. It is the classic limit of craft breweries: a beautiful storefront site that does not talk to logistics or the sales network. Here instead the portal is built around who actually orders, the pub manager in spare moments, and one question only: does it make their life easier and get them ordering more often, or not? Under the surface, speed, security and structured data.

◆
03 — The ERP

Total automation.

When an order comes in — from B2C or B2B — it goes straight into the ERP. The system deducts the stock, so inventory is unified and updated to the second: it is impossible to sell a case promised to a distributor or already sold out in the warehouse.

But in the brewing sector the real effort is bureaucratic, and that is where the ERP makes the difference: it tracks the production batch, prepares the delivery note for the courier and sets up the data for accounting and for the electronic management of excise duties and cellar registers. No more endless Excel sheets or manual entry of HoReCa orders. The brewery recovers the hours once spent on the phone and on transcription, and puts them back where they count: into the product. It is the business's automatic tap system, working while the brewmaster is in production.

✦
04 — Why us

Why choose us.

A single point of contact for the whole project: no runaround between suppliers, quick answers and someone who knows your work.

A brewery selling both to private customers and to venues has two channels to keep aligned, and a mistake on stock is paid for with a lost client. That is why the ERP is integrated and requires no manual work. Domain, code and credentials remain in the brewery's name, with no strings. And when a hand is needed, the person who answers knows the project.
