01 — The project

The starting point.

CRO — Cyber Rights Organization works internationally on sensitive issues such as protecting digital rights and supporting online victims: it needed an authoritative, clear site usable in several languages.

An organisation protecting victims of online abuse has an immediate credibility problem: whoever arrives on the site is often in difficulty and must understand within seconds whether they are in a trustworthy place. And they must understand it in their own language. That was the starting point, not the aesthetics.

02 — The solution

What we built.

We designed an institutional site in Italian, English and Spanish, with service pages, a team section, editorial content and secure contact channels. A correct multilingual SEO architecture and high performance in every market.

Italian, English and Spanish with a correct SEO architecture per language, so that whoever is seeking help finds the right version from the search engine. Accessibility is not a box-ticking exercise: someone in a vulnerable situation may be using assistive technology, and the site must work for them too. The contact channels are secure, because in this field confidentiality is part of the service.

03 — The work

How we work.

Every project starts from a concrete analysis of goals, audience and competitors: no off-the-shelf templates, but choices designed to deliver results.

On sensitive topics every word must be weighed: we wrote the content together with the organisation, checking that it was clear without being alarming. Design, development and go-live were handled by a single team. The three languages stay aligned over time, and that takes constant attention.

✦
04 — Why us

Why choose us.

A single point of contact for the whole project: no runaround between suppliers, quick answers and someone who knows your work.

A non-profit cannot afford to depend on a supplier: resources are limited and must go to the work, not to technical fees. Domain, code and credentials remain in the organisation's name, with no strings. Content management is in their hands, as it must be for anyone publishing independently.
