La 5essenza.
Bistro and events space: a site as elegant as the venue it tells.
Bistro and event space to convey in every detail
↓ Result+70% direct bookings between table and events

A bistro that is also an events space: two souls to tell in every detail, with bookings coming through scattered channels rather than the site.
A mobile-first brand site that tells both bistro and events and brings bookings straight to the business channel: +70% direct bookings.
The starting point.
La 5essenza is a place cared for in every detail, between bistro and private-events space: the site had to convey the same atmosphere and bring in booking requests.
A bistro that also hosts private events has two customers who are nothing alike: the one looking for a table tonight, and the one organising a birthday for forty people six months from now. Telling their story the same way means disappointing both. The project started from that separation, before it started from the aesthetics.
What we built.
We designed a site with a refined aesthetic, with a presentation of the bistro, a section dedicated to the events space and direct contact paths for bookings and quotes.
The bistro lives on atmosphere and has to be shown: the photographs do the work that description cannot. The events space instead has a page of its own, with the practical information needed by someone who has to decide — capacity, set-ups, how to request a quote. The site is mobile-first because a table is booked from a phone, often a few hours before dinner.
How we work.
Every project starts from a concrete analysis of goals, audience and competitors: no off-the-shelf templates, but choices designed to deliver results.
The photographs were everything, and for a venue they cannot be improvised: we worked on the client's material, choosing what really conveyed the atmosphere. Design, development and go-live were handled by a single team. Menus and events change, and the site is built so the venue updates them, not us.
Why choose us.
A single point of contact for the whole project: no runaround between suppliers, quick answers and someone who knows your work.
A venue changes its menu with the seasons and fills the events calendar month by month: if every change goes through a supplier, the site falls behind. That is why management is in the client's hands. Domain, code and credentials remain in the business's name, with no strings.
