Before

An intangible product: no one pictures a whole floor from a small board or a few centimetres of resin, and "price per square metre" requests wasted time without a site visit.

After

A digital pre-showroom that moves people with finished projects, conveys the craft of laying and brings private clients and architects to book a consultation or a showroom appointment.

01 — The project

Beating intangibility.

Linea Pavimenti supplies and lays high-end flooring and cladding — resins, microcement, parquet, large formats. No one buys a floor sight unseen: the digital challenge is to beat the intangibility of the product, because a few centimetres of sample are not enough to picture the look of an entire room.

So the site is not a cold catalogue of tiles or planks, but an inspiration hub for private clients and experts — architects and interior designers — that enhances the craft of laying. In flooring the material does only half the work: the other half is the mastery of the installation, and the site has to convey authority and technical competence. Before writing a line of code we studied goals, audience and competitors.

02 — The solution

Projects and matter.

Instead of focusing on the single product, we put the photos of finished projects centre stage: the projects gallery is organised by setting — residential, commercial, outdoor — and by material, so the user makes a mental projection of the result in their own home.

The layout is clean and the macro photography brings out the textures: the grain of wood, the continuity of resin, the materiality of microcement. The site's design reflects the precision of laying done to perfection. Alongside, content that answers the client's typical doubts — how to clean parquet, the benefits of resin in the bathroom — positioning the company as an authoritative advisor and not a mere seller of materials. Under the surface, speed, security and structured data.

03 — Conversion

From site to showroom.

The commercial heart is a direct funnel: the calls to action do not invite people to "buy", but to request a consultation or book a showroom appointment. The form is built to collect useful data — type of property, material of interest — so the sales team arrives prepared for the in-person sale.

The site does the work of filtering and inspiring before the client crosses the shop's threshold: it removes generic price-per-square-metre requests, impossible without a site visit, and attracts those interested in the quality of the full service. The leads that arrive are already informed, know the company's value and are easier to turn into signed contracts, while the polished aesthetic attracts higher-budget projects and partnerships with architecture studios in Bassano and beyond. The web becomes the bridge that brings qualified clients from the street into the showroom.

04 — Why us

Why choose us.

A single point of contact for the whole project: no runaround between suppliers, quick answers and someone who knows your work.

Whoever sells bespoke projects builds up a portfolio of installations worth as much as the company itself: those photos, those references, that positioning are theirs. Domain, code and credentials remain in Linea Pavimenti's name, with no strings and no technical locks. And when something is needed, the person who answers knows the project.
