Schirato Shop.
Alps Atmosphere Italia brings the chalet home: antlers, lighting, textiles, tableware and antiques, picked one by one and shipped across Italy and worldwide. We rebuilt schiratoshop.it from scratch: a bilingual e-commerce, the catalogue put back in order, a search that actually finds things and every purchase measured.
A catalogue of one-off pieces to be shown like a showroom, not like a product list.
↓ ResultBilingual shop with 103 pieces online, a search that finds and purchases that are tracked.

One-off pieces photographed one by one and a catalogue grown by accumulation: overlapping categories, scattered variants, prices to recalculate. The built-in search looked for the whole phrase inside the title alone, so “ski lamp” never found the lamp made out of skis. And whoever had seen the pieces in person had nowhere to buy them.
A bilingual shop built on the “Lodge” design: the home page is a house to walk through, with rooms you can shop point by point. 124 products and 67 variants imported and reorganised into seven families, search rewritten from scratch, checkout fully in Italian, carts recovered and every purchase reaching Analytics with its value.
An atmosphere, not a catalogue.
Alps Atmosphere Italia Srl is based in Marostica, near Vicenza, and ships across Italy and worldwide. Under the Schirato Interiors name it selects and resells pieces that carry the chalet atmosphere with them: antlers and trophies, lighting, textiles, tableware, animals, antiques.
On top of that come two own lines: the collection signed by Alessandra Schirato and the Exclusive Privé selection. Almost no two pieces are alike, and what you buy is not a catalogue item: it is one single thing, seen in a house and remembered.
A house to walk through.
The home page does not open with a product grid but with a house: large photographs of real rooms, and on top of the photographs the points that lead to the piece. You look at the room, you touch the lamp you like and you land on its page. It is how these objects are actually bought, screen or no screen.
Below it scroll the collections, the handmade pieces, Alessandra Schirato’s line and the full interior project, for those who do not want a single piece but the whole chalet. Fourteen templates in all, laid out in Elementor Pro on WordPress and Astra, with a serif typeface and full-width photography.
One hundred and twenty-four pieces, put back in order.
The catalogue was imported and reorganised: 124 products, 67 variants and 426 photographs, with the categories rebuilt into seven families — lighting, furniture, textiles, tableware, antlers, animals, antiques — plus the two lines. Selections that used to be categories became tags, so a piece can live in one family only and still appear where it needs to.
Prices are shelf prices, VAT included. Every item has a pre-order switch that says so everywhere it matters — product page, catalogue, cart, checkout, order and email — and quantities are corrected from a single screen, products and variants together. On bulky pieces the €130 delivery contribution replaces free shipping instead of sitting next to it: two rates side by side and the customer always picks the second.
Find the piece, then buy it.
WooCommerce search looked for the whole phrase inside the title: swap two words and it found nothing. We replaced it with our own engine, which splits the query into words, weighs title, description and category, and returns results with photograph and price while you type.
The rest of the purchase follows the same logic: collection and material filters in the catalogue, a sticky bar with name, price and button once the form scrolls away, a drawer cart that never takes you off the page, checkout fully in Italian and card and Nexi payments, with the logos declared in the footer.
What happens after launch.
A shop without measurement is a shop in the dark. Analytics receives the four events that matter — product viewed, added to cart, checkout started, purchase with its value — so you know what each page earns, not just how many visits it gets. Anyone who leaves a cart after typing their email gets two reminders with the cart ready to resume; ten days after delivery the review request goes out.
On performance we removed what weighed without serving: two font stylesheets Elementor requested and no text used, and the instalments sticker loaded on every page while instalments were switched off. The cache warms itself up after every purge: the home page answers in 0.1–0.2 seconds instead of the two seconds it takes to build from scratch.
The next one could be yours.
